Here's a picture of some pencil cookies I made for Madison's class on the last day of school. They're sugar cookies with yellow icing and strawberry starbursts on the top for erasers. Mini choc chips are the pencil points and fruit roll ups are the green at the top.  

School is out now, but I took this picture a little while ago. Madison is hard at work doing her homework. She'll be going into 3rd grade next year.

How cool is this?! Here is Warwick Davis! He has been in many, many movies like Return of the Jedi, the Harry Potter movies, and the Leprechan movies. When Madison saw him, she said, "It's the Leprechaun!!"

This is Marc Singer the Beastmaster! I love that movie so I was tickled to see the original Beastmaster. The ferrets in the movie were the reason I had ferrets.  

This is the woman who plays the French woman on the TV show "Lost". Her name is Mira Furlan. I looked at IMDB and she was also on Babylon 5. I never watched that show so I couldn't tell you for sure.

Here is one of the highlights of the convention. I got to see The Coreys!! This is Corey Feldman. I don't know what's up with his hair. Maybe he's getting ready to play Elvis?  

This is the guy who played the main cenataur in The Chronicles of Narnia. His name is Patrick Kake. He's a hottie! 

Here is Carl Weathers who played Apollo Creed in the Rocky movies. Most of the celebrities would take a picture with you and not demand you buy an autograph. Not Carl Weathers. He didn't want to take a picture with you unless you paid him for an autograph! I'm glad I have a good zoom on my camera!  

Last weekend, we did something pretty fun. We went to Milton Keynes where they had Collectormania 9. It's where Star Wars geeks go to feel normal. Jay had a lot of fun there! They had tons of stuff for sale plus celebrities signing autographs and taking pictures. They were charging money for the autographs so I stuck with just taking pictures. I think they turned out pretty good. This here is the girl from Logan's Run and American Werewolf in London. Her name is Jenny Agutter.
